'SUPERFOODS'
As I have said, I am a reader, researcher and planner. When looking up different foods to feed our little one, I came across an article about 'superfoods'. After researching it further, I have been really trying to incooperate as many of these 'superfoods' into my son's diet. My favorite list I have found is on the Men's Health website (http://www.menshealth.com/mhlists/nutritious_foods_for_a_healthy_body/). I like this one because it is easy to navigate and gives lots of information. Like, I knew fruit was healthy for you, but I had no idea that blueberries contains more antioxidants than any other fruit! Tomatoes help fight against cancer, nuts are high in protein, fiber and are a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids and sweet potatoes, are just plain awesome for you!
